About Myself
I have been a practicing physical therapist with over 15 years of experience. Recently, I partnered with PhysioFit, a clinic specializing in providing one-on-one care tailored to post-operative recovery, injury rehabilitation/ prevention, and athletic performance optimization. Our services encompass detailed functional movement assessment, manual therapy, corrective exercises, dry needling, BFR, taping, and other modalities to address the root cause of your dysfunction.
